循环水泵节能改造

摘要 采集实际工况下循环水系统中各环节的工艺参数,运用高效流体技术软件进行分析,诊断水泵高能耗的原因,优化运行参数,定做在最佳工况下运行效率最高的水泵。 Process parameters in each link in circulating water system under practical running conditions were collected,and analyzed by software of high efficiency fluid transportation technology to diagnose the causes of high energy consumption of water pumps and to optimize running parameters.Thus the water pumps with the highest running efficiency under the best running conditions were customized.
