RP-HPLC法同时测定复方黄芪片中芍药苷及红景天苷的含量

HPLC simultaneous determination of two active ingredients in Qitian tablet

目的:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定复方黄芪片中芍药苷及红景天苷的含量。方法:色谱柱为Dia-monsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)和水(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱[0-12 min,A-B(10:90);14-30min,A-B(17:83)],检测波长为230 nm,流速为1 mL.min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:供试品中红景天苷和芍药苷分离良好,芍药苷在14.82～148.2μg.mL-1(r=0.9996),红景天苷在7.82～78.2μg.mL-1(r=0.9992)范围内呈良好线性关系;芍药苷和红景天苷的平均回收率分别为97.28%、98.35%,RSD值分别为1.83%、1.69%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便准确、专属性强、重现性好。

Objective： To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin, salidroside in compound huangqi tablet. Methods： The determination was carried out over a SHIMADZU VP - ODS column （4.6 mm× 250mm, 5 μm） at the temperature （30℃）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile （A） - water（B） with the gradient elution [0 - 12min,A -B（ 10：90} ;14 - 30min,A - B（ 17：83 ） ], the flow rate：lmL·min-1 and detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results：The method had good linear relationship within the range of 14.82 ～ 148.2μg· mL-1 for paeoni- florin（ r = 0. 9996 ）, and 7.82 - 78.2μg·mL-1 for salidroside （ r = 0. 9992 ） ; The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 97.28% （ RSD = 1.83% ） and of salidroside was 98.35 % （ RSD =1. 69% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, sensitive, and reproducible to test major ingredient in compound huangqi tablet.
