摘要 发光细菌毒性试验能够快速、直观、全面地反映水体中污染物对水生生态系统的综合毒害效应是预测和控制水体污染的有效辅助手段.与其他生物毒性试验相比,由于其具有试验费用低、毒性效应明显、试验周期短等优点,从而被广泛应用于水质综合毒性检测中.本文综述了发光细菌法在水质综合毒性检测方面的基本试验原理、国内外研究应用现状及存在的优缺点. Microbial toxicity test can reflect the joint toxic effect of water pollutants to the aquatic ecosystems quickly, intuitively and comprehensively as an effective adjuvant means in predicting and controlling water contamination. Compared with other biological toxicity test methods, microbial joint toxicity test had many advantages such as low test cost, obvious toxic effects, and short test cycle and so on, so it had been widely applied to water quality compositive toxicity test. In this paper, the basic test princeple, the present research and application of home and abroad and their existing advantages and disadvantages of the luminescent bacteria on monitoring water quality compositive toxicity were reviewed.
