摘要
为解决大型煤化工项目的用水缺口,采用生化处理+机械过滤+超滤技术,对1期装置的煤气化废水、甲醇废水和生活污水进行深化处理后作为2期装置的生产用水。介绍了中水回用的工艺流程、超滤分离处理技术特点和处理效果;结果表明,经深化处理后的中水各项指标均达排放标准,将其作为生产用水每年可节约水资源300万m3,实现了污水再生的回收利用。
In order to solve the water consume shortage for the large-sized coal-chemical engineering project,Using the biochemistry treatment plus mechanical filtration plus super-filtration technology,the coal gasification waste water,methanol waste water and living waste water from first stage plant after making them to be deeply treated,could be used for production water of second stage plant.Author has introduced the process flow of neutral water reuse,super-filtration separation treatment technology feature and treatment effect;result indicates that each item of indexes of neutral water can reach to the discharge standard requirements after deeply treating the neutral water,usng the water treated as production water can save 3 million m3 of water source annually,that realizes recovery and utilization for regeneration of the waste water.
