档案工作是为当代和后代保存历史文化财富的工作,必须做好。阐述了档案工作的意义。从抓好基础工作、发挥使用价值、实行统一管理和提高人员素质等几方面作了介绍。
File management is a job which reserves historic and cultural wealth for our time and later ages and it must be done well. This paper states the significance of file management. Then it introduces a few methods, such as doing the basic work welI, showing its utilizing value, carrying out unified management and raising personnel＇s quality etc.
