摘要
利用20MnSiNb钢,通过轧后穿水冷却工艺,使Ф16mm钢筋力学性能达到了HRB500钢筋要求。为今后500MPa级螺纹钢筋生产奠定了基础。试验认为钢筋强度增加,主要源于细晶强化和相变强化。
The essay briefly is introducing the water-cooling technology applied in the manufacturing process of the hot-rolled ribbed bars of 20MnSiNb.The mechanical property of the steel bars in the nominal diameter of 16 mm meets the requirement of the hot-rolled ribbed bars grade IV(500 MPa),which provides the basis for the production of the hot-rolled bars of 500 MPa.The test result shows that the grain-refining and the phase transition contributes to the increase of the strength.
