肠吉泰对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者生活质量影响的临床研究

The Clinical Study of the Influence on Patients' Life Quality of Changjitai Decoction in Treating Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:观察肠吉泰对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者生活质量的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的61例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组21例。同时随机抽取30例健康人群。治疗组予肠吉泰治疗,对照组予得舒特治疗,疗程8周。记录治疗前后患者的临床症状及生活质量。结果:肠吉泰能明显提高患者在情绪、精神、睡眠、精力、工作4方面的积分,使之向健康方面接近,尤其对患者情绪、精神、精力的改善明显高于得舒特组。情绪和精神对患者症状积分有明显影响,且为负相关关系。同时经Logistic回归分析,患者精神情况积分对疗效有显著影响。结论:肠吉泰能有效改善IBS患者生活质量。

Object To observe the effects of Chinese herbal prescription of Changjitai in treating diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome and its influence on patients＇ life quality.Methods 61 cases of D-IBS according to Rome Ⅱcriteria were divided into two groups randomly.40 cases were treated with Changjitai decoction,the control group was treated with pinaverium bromide tablet,8 weeks a course.Clinical symptoms and life quality before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed.Meanwhile,30 cases healthy peoples＇ life quality were recorded.Results Changjitai could significantly increase the scores in mood,spirit,energy and sleeplessness,benefiting patients to restore to healthy state,and it was obviously better than Pinaverium Bromide.Analyses of multiple linear regressions in eight related items of life quality and symptom scoring revealed mood and spirit had obvious influence on symptom scoring,characterized by negative correlation.Meanwhile,analyses of Logistic linear regression indicated patient＇s mood had a significant influence on therapeutic effect.Conclusions Changjitai can effectively improve the life quality of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
