摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定茶饮料中咖啡因的含量。采用CAPCELL PAK MGⅡ-C_(18)色谱柱,UPLC方法进行测定。流动相为V(乙腈):V(水)=10:90,流速为0.5mL/min,检测波长为273nm,柱温为30℃。结果在0~120μg/mL内各组分峰面积与相应浓度呈良好的线性关系,R>0.999 47,加标回收率在89%~100%之间,方法精密度相对标准偏差小于10%。
To establish an UPLC method for the determination of caffeine in tea drinks.Methods;The UPLC system consisted of CAPCELL PAK MGⅡ-C(18) column,acetonitrile - water(10:90) as a mobile phase,with a detection wavelength at 273 nm.The flow rate was 0.5mL/min and column temperature was 30℃.Results:The linear range was between 0 and 120μg/mL,R 〉0.999 47.The average recovery was between 89%and 100%.The RSD was less than 10%.Conclusion;The method is simple,accurate,and reliable and can be used in the detection of tea drink.
