雌激素及其受体与乳腺发育的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 雌激素可刺激乳腺导管生长和上皮细胞增生、乳管及小叶周围结缔组织的发育,在孕酮的协同作用下,可增加乳腺细胞的孕酮受体数目,进而促进乳腺小叶腺泡的发育。研究表明:雌激素的增生效应可以通过作用于基质细胞受体来诱导生长因子的释放,从而促进上皮细胞的增生,而且雌激素受体的表达水平在乳腺发育不同时期的整体变化趋势与雌激素不一致;雌激素还能与其他激素受体进行广泛的结合来实现其生理功能。雌激素及其受体对乳腺发育各个阶段的调控作用并不一致,文章仅就乳腺发育的过程、雌激素及其受体对乳腺发育各阶段调控的国内外相关研究进展作一综述。
