青海省2009年1～6岁健康儿童接种乙肝疫苗免疫抗体水平调查分析

Analysis on Hepatitis B vaccine immunization antibody level of healthy children aged at 1 to 6 in Qinghai Province in 2009

目的调查青海省1～6岁健康儿童接种乙肝疫苗抗体水平,抽样评价预防接种质量。方法在全省六州一地区一市各选择1个县对1～6岁健康儿童进行接种乙肝疫苗抗体检测。结果乙肝疫苗(抗-HBs≥10mIU/mL)[1]阳性率为63.62%,其中最高为海东地区76.67%,最低为果洛州48.57%。不同地区的抗-HBs阳性率高低分布不均,乙肝疫苗抗体阳性率仍有差别,其中果洛州监测人群抗-HBs阳性率相对较低仅为48.57%。不同性别、民族及年龄抗-HBs阳性率为抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论我省乙肝疫苗接种与免疫成功率≥85%的指标还有较大差距,应进一步提高乙肝疫苗疫苗接种率。

Objective To investigation the Hepatitis B vaccine antibody level and evaluate the vaccination quality.Method Selected 1 county in each 6 states,1 region and 1 city,carried out Hepatitis B vaccine antibody detection to children of 1 to 6 years old.Results The result showed that the hepatitis B vaccine（HBs anti-body ≥10mIU/ml） positive rate was 63.62%,and the rate in Haidong region was the highest（76.67%）,the lowest was in Guoluo（48.57%）.The HBs antibody levels were different among the 8 prefectures,and the level among gender,nationality and age were different,but there were no statistical significance.Conclusions The immunity achievement ratio of our province had not reach to the goal of 85%,and it was necessary to improve the Hepatitis B vaccine immunization coverage rate.
