摘要
目的编制医院管理人员的职业应激源量表。方法基于文献研究和开放式问卷的预调查,形成医院管理人员职业应激源量表,然后采用相关分析与主成分分析方法对量表信效度进行检验。结果量表由组织结构与组织风格、角色压力、工作本身因素、职业发展和社会互动等5个维度39个项目构成,全量表的α系数为0.964,各维度与症状自评量表(SCL-90)各维度之间均呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该研究编制的医院管理人员职业应激源量表具有较好的信效度。
[Objective] To develop a occupational stressor scale for hospital ad ministrators.[Methods]Based on reference research and open inv estigation,the occupational stressor scale for hospital administrators has been developed.Data was analyzed by correlation ananlysis and principal component analysis. [Results] 5 dimensions and 39 items were involved in the occupational stressor scale for ho spital administrators,including organizational structure and style,role pressu re,task factors,vocational development,and social interaction and so on.The total ot coefficients was 0.964.There were positive correlations between 5 dime nsions of occupational mental health stressors and 9 dimensions of SCL-90 （P0.05）.[Conclusion]A good psychometric fea ture of the scale has been demonstrated.
