沥青烟对小鼠体重变化和脑组织脏器系数的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Bitumen Fume on Body Weight Change and Organ Coefficient of Brains in Mice

摘要 目的研究沥青烟对小鼠体重变化和脑组织脏器系数的影响,为进一步开展沥青烟对中枢神经系统毒性研究提供依据。方法昆明种成年小鼠,雌雄各半,按体重分层随机分成高、中、低剂量组和对照组。沥青烟染毒剂量分别平均为165、82、41 mg/m3。呼吸道静式染毒法,2 h/d,每周6 d,连续8周。观察各组小鼠体重变化和脑组织重量并计算其脏器系数。结果高、中剂量组前3周、低剂量组在第3周的体重均显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在染毒4~8周时间内除高剂量组外,其他染毒组体重与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高剂量组小鼠体重增长率在各染毒阶段均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。染毒8周后,小鼠脑组织重量和脏器系数与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沥青烟使小鼠体重增长迟缓,对脑组织重量有随剂量增加而减轻的趋势。在该实验条件下,沥青烟对中枢神经系统尚未造成器质性病理损害。 [Objective]To study the effect of bitumen fume on the change of body weight and organ coefficient of brain tissue of mice,and provide evidence for further study of bitumen fume toxicity on central nervous system. [Methods]The Kunming adult mice,with the same number of male and female,were divided randomly into 4 groups(high,medium and low-dose group and control group) with bitumen fume intake dose of 165 mg/m3,82 mg/m3,41mg/m3 and 0.0 mg/m3 respectively.Respiratory static exposure method was adopted for 2 hours/day,6 days/week,lasting 8 weeks.Body weight change and organ coefficient of the brains of each group were observed. [Results] The average body weight of the high and medium dose groups were significantly lower than that of the control group during the first 3 weeks respectively,and that happened in the low dose group at the 3rd week(P0.01).During the 4th week and the 8th week of exposure,except for the high dose group,body weight of the others was not significantly different with that of the control group.Growth rate of high dose group was significantly lower than that of the control group during the whole process of exposure(P0.05).After 8 weeks,the weight of brain tissue and organ coefficient of mice in all dose groups were not significantly different from those of the control group(P0.05). [Conclusion]The bitumen fume can slow weight gain in mice,and its increasing dose can cause reducing of brain tissue weight.Bitumen fume has not caused an organic pathological damage on central nervous system under this experiment conditions.
