摘要
目的评价宿迁市食品中污染物监测结果,为制定食品安全标准和采取有针对性控制措施提供科学依据。方法按照2010年江苏省食品安全风险监测实施方案和相关标准,在宿迁市区主要农贸市场和超市随机采取粮食、蔬菜、鲜鸡蛋、鲜食用菌等16类食品,112个样品,测定铅、镉、汞、铝等50项监测指标。结果粮食和海产鱼主要是铅污染,铅的超标率分别为20.0%和66.7%;鲜食用菌中镉污染,超标率为50.0%;粮食加工制品及膨化食品16份,有5份超标,超标率为31.2%。59份样品中,亚硝酸钠、二氧化硫、甜蜜素、糖精钠监测结果均低于最低限量标准。监测的4类41种农药,其中10种农药有残留,8种农药残留量超标,超标率达44.4%。结论除了粮食和海产鱼、鲜食用菌和蔬菜外,该市其他食品污染并不严重。
[Objective]To evaluate the monitoring results of food contaminants in Suqian city,provide the scientific basis for making the food safety standards and implementing the control measures. [Methods]According to the Jiangsu Food Safety Risk Monitoring Implementation Scheme in 2010 and the related standards,16 categories of foods,such as grain,vegetables,fresh eggs and fresh edible mushroom,were randomly sampled from farmers markets and supermarkets in Suqian urban area,a total of 112 samples were collected,and 50 monitoring indexes which included lead,cadmium,mercury and aluminum were tested. [Results]The lead contamination was found in grain and marine fish,which the exceeding standard rate of lead was 20.0% and 66.7% respectively.The exceeding standard rate of cadmium in fresh edible mushroom was 50.0%.Among 16 samples of grain products and puffed food,5 samples exceeded the standard with the exceeding standard rate of 31.2%.Among 59 samples,the monitoring results of sodium nitrite,sulfur dioxide,sodium cyclamate and saccharin sodium were less than the minimum limits.Among 4 categories of 41 pesticides which were monitored,residues were found in 10 pesticides,and the residues of 8 pesticides exceeded the standards,which the exceeding standard rate reached 44.4%. [Conclusion]Except grain,marine fish,fresh edible mushroom and vegetables,the contaminant in other foods was not serious in this city.
