深圳市福田区星级酒店生活饮用水卫生状况分析

Analysis on Sanitary Condition of Drinking Water in Star Hotels in Futian District of Shenzhen City

目的了解深圳市福田区酒店生活饮用水卫生状况,保障饮用水卫生安全,为酒店生活饮用水卫生管理提供依据。方法对16家星级酒店的生活饮用水卫生状况进行卫生学调查,对采集的管网末梢水、二次供水、过滤水检测结果进行统计,按照《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB/T 5749-2006)进行分析评价。结果该区酒店生活饮用水的合格率为95.1%,其中管网末梢水的合格率为96.1%,二次供水的合格率为96.0%,过滤水的合格率为93.6%,三者合格率水平差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.372,P>0.05)。从毒理学方面来看,过滤水的卫生隐患大,特别是重金属铅指标和金属铝指标。结论酒店生活饮用水的合格率很高,但部分水质存在较大的卫生隐患。饮用水管理疏漏和设计不合理的水池及老化的管道系统是影响酒店饮用水水质的主要原因。应加强饮用水卫生管理,采取综合措施,保障饮用水卫生安全。

[Objective]To learn the sanitary condition of drinking water in hotels in Futian district of Shenzhen city,ensure drinking water safety,and provide the basis for sanitary management of drinking water in hotels. [Methods]The sanitary condition of drinking water in 16 hotels was detected with hygienic investigation.The detection results of the terminal tap water,the secondary water and the filtered water were analyzed,and the analysis and evaluation was conducted according to the Standards for drinking water quality（GB/T5749-2006）. [Results]The qualified rate of drinking water in hotels was 95.1%.The qualified rate of the terminal tap water,the secondary water and the filtered water was 96.1%,96.0% and 93.6% respectively,and the difference was not significant（χ2=0.372,P0.05）.The toxicological examination showed that the unqualified indexes which included heavy metal（lead） and metal（aluminum） had been detected in the filtered water. [Conclusion]The qualified rates of drinking water in hotels Futian district of Shenzhen city were good,but there were sanitary problems in some drinking water samples,which mainly included the heavy metal and metal indexes.
