经尿道前列腺绿激光汽化术患者的护理

Nursing Care of Patients with Greenlight Photoselective Vaporization of Prostate

目的探讨经尿道前列腺绿激光汽化术(PVP)患者的术前术后护理。方法对27例行PVP患者的护理进行回顾总结。结果术前患者情绪稳定,能很好的配合手术,术后留置尿管时间短,拔管后排尿通畅,病情恢复快,无并发症,3～5天顺利出院。结论护理人员全面了解手术特点及良好的术前术后护理能提高手术成功率,加快患者身体恢复,提高治愈率,减少术后并发症。

[Objective]To evaluate the preoperative and postoperative nursing care of greenlight photoselective vaporization of prostate（PVP） in elder patients. [Methods]A retrospective study was performed on benign prostate patients who received PVP.normal voiding [Results]The patients＇ preoperative emotion was stable,so they could cooperate with surgery.Short-term indwelling catheter,normal voiding,rapid recovery were achieved after the surgery.No patient had complications,and all discharged 3-5 days after surgery. [Conclusion]Understanding the surgical characteristics,and making a good preoperative and postoperative care can help increase the success rate of surgery,speed up the recovery of patients,improve the cure rate and reduce complications
