摘要
目的观察婴幼儿泪囊炎的最佳治疗方法。方法对320例(478眼)泪囊炎的婴幼儿,分别采用泪囊按摩法(A组),泪囊按摩法+泪道加压冲洗法(B组),泪囊按摩法+泪道加压冲洗法+泪道探通法(C组)等治疗方法并比较3组疗效。结果 C组治愈率明显优于A组及B组。结论针对婴幼儿泪囊炎的不同程度,采用不同的治疗方法,可以提高婴幼儿泪囊炎的治愈率,减少治疗给婴幼儿带来的损伤,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the best treatment for infant dacryocystitis.Methods 320 infants with dacryocystitis（478 eyes） were treated with the dacryocyst massage（group A）,the dacryocyst massage combined with the pressured lacrimal passage irrigation（group B）,dacryocyst massage combined with the pressured lacrimal passage irrigation and the probing of lacrimal passage（group C）.Then compared the efficacy of these three groups.Results The cure rate of group C is significantly better than group A and group B.Conclusion Using different methods of treatment to treat different levels of infant dacryocystitis could improve the cure rate of infant dacryocystitis,reduce the damage caused by treatment,it＇s worthy of promotion.
