摘要
目的探讨护理干预在减轻门诊乳腺肿物切除术患者恐惧心理的作用。方法随机选择局部麻醉下门诊乳腺肿物切除术患者250例,分为对照组和干预组,每组125例,对照组按常规方法护理,干预组在常规护理基础上,给予加强护理。观察2组患者在围手术期恐惧心理发生的情况。结果 2组患者围手术期面色苍白、头晕、胸闷、恶心等发生率比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。2组患者完成手术时间及满意度表现比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论做好门诊乳腺肿物切除术患者的护理干预,能有效降低患者术中出现的不适症状,提高病人对护理工作的满意度。
Objective Explore the role of the nursing intervention for reducing fears in the outpatients with the breast neoplasm resection.Methods The 250 cases of patients with breast neoplasm resection under local anesthesia in outpatient were randomly divided into in the control group and the intervention group with each group 125 cases.The fear of patients in perioperative period was observed in both groups.Results Incidence of pale,dizziness,bosom frowsty,nausea is statistically significant（P 0.01） in two group cases in perioperative period.The completed operation time and satisfaction was more statistically significant（P 0.01） in two groups of cases.Conclusion It is effectively to reduce the trouble symptoms and to improve nursing satisfaction of patients that nursing intervention for inducing fears in the outpatients with the breast neoplasm resection.
