2种进针方法采集足背动脉血的效果比较分析

Comparative analysis of the effect of two different acupunctures entering methods to collect blood of dorsal pedal artery

目的探讨不同进针方法采集足背动脉血进行血气分析的效果。方法将11例患者的54次采集动脉血操作分成2组,观察组36次,采用垂直进针法,对照组18次,采用15°～20°角进针法,比较2组穿刺成功率。结果垂直进针法一次穿刺成功率明显高于15°～20°角进针法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直刺法在保护血管,增加可重复性上有积极意义,是足背动脉采血的较理想方式,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of two different acupunctures entering methods to collect blood of dorsal pedal artery.Methods Put 54 times blood collection of 11 patients into two groups.The observation group use the methods of vertically into the needle and the control group use the 15°~20°angle acupuncture methods.Compare and analyze the puncture success rate of the two groups.Results The puncture success rate of the observation group is higher than the control group,showing significant difference when compared with that before operation（P0.05）.Conclusion Vertical acupunctures method can protect blood vessels and increase repeatability.It is the ideal way of collecting blood of dorsal pedal artery and worth to promotion.
