水胶体敷料治疗Ⅲ期压疮的临床效果观察

Observation of the effect of Comfeel Wound Dressings using on the therapy for the third period of bedsore

目的观察水胶体敷料对Ⅲ期压疮的治疗效果,为临床上压疮治疗提供依据。方法将23例Ⅲ期压疮患者,随机分成观察组及对照组,观察组12例进行水胶体敷料治疗,对照组11例行常规治疗。试验开始28d后,评估2组治愈率及治愈时间,观察2组压疮生长及愈合情况。结果观察组治愈率(82.4%)显著高于对照组(42.9%),2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治愈时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组压疮愈合不遗留疤痕。结论相较于常规治疗手段,水胶体湿性敷料可提高Ⅲ期压疮患者治愈率,缩短治愈时间,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of Comfeel Wound Dressings using on the treatment of the third period of bedsore and explore the effective treatment on the therapy for bedsore.Methods 23 patients with the third period of bedsore were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in a double-blind,randomized active-controlled trial.The treatment group were treated with Comfeel Wound Dressings,while The control group were treated with the routine treatment.After 28 days,all patients were evaluated with the healing rate,coalescence time and observed the surface of a wound time heals. Results The healing rate of the third period of bedsore was 82.4%.Compared with the controls（42.9%）（P0.05）.The coalescence time of the treatment group was significantly lessen than the controls.The treatment group were cured without a scar. Conclusion Compared with the routine treatment,the Comfeel Wound Dressings using on the treatment of the third period of bedsore can improved the curative effect and shorten the coalescence time and it is worth popularizing to use of the clinic.
