摘要
建立了噻唑磷原药有效成分的气相色谱定量分析方法,选用Rtx-5石英毛细管柱,FID检测器。研究表明,当选用邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标物,柱温为220℃,进样口温度为260℃,检测器温度为280℃时对噻唑磷原药进行测定能够得到较好的分离效果。该方法的线性相关系数r=0.9998,变异系数为0.132%,平均回收率为100.17%。
Analysis method for determination of the active ingredient of fosthiazate was developed using GC. The sample was separated on Rtx-5 column with FID detector . The results showed that good separation was obtained when column temperature was 220 %, injection temperature was 260℃, the detector temperature was 280 ℃, and using diamyl-phthalate as internal standard. The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, the coefficient of variation was 0.132%, and the average recovery was 100.17%.
