Demand and Outlook on Training of Land Remediation Engineering Excellent Engineers

本文在分析土地整治行业发展的基础上,从国家战略、行业需求和国际接轨等方面分析了开展土地整治卓越工程师培养的需求,并结合技术管理部门、工程咨询行业等方面对土地整治技术人才的需求前景,提出开展土地整治卓越工程师的培养是可行并急需的。

Based on the analysis of land remediation industry development, the authors analyzed the demand of carrying out the training of land remediation engineering excellent engineers from three aspects as national strategies, industry demand and international standards. The outlook for land remediation engineering technical personnel was analyzed from technology, management and engineering consulting. The Results indicated that carrying out the training of land remediation engineering excellent engineers has strong possibility and necessity, and is very essential.
