摘要
分析新疆大学生饮食行为及习惯的现状,提出改善措施,为提高新疆大学生的健康和营养水平提供基础资料。依据营养学和统计学的原理,设计出《大学生营养健康调查表》采用随机抽样方法,针对在校大学生,进行饮食行为及习惯分析。结果显示,大学生中97.07%的学生有一项以上不良饮食行为,其中在饮食上不注重荤素搭配的学生占44.87%,有37.05%的学生不经常吃蔬菜水果,有18.48%的学生经常吃油炸食品,17.4%的学生不爱吃杂粮。通过进一步的调查显示,大学生的主食一般以大米、白面为主,品种较单一,同时缺少杂粮。新疆大学生饮食行为及习惯不够合理,应予以引导。
By analyzing the eating behaviors and eating habits of college students in Xinjiang and proposing the improvements for the students, this research aims to provide the basic data for improving the students' health and nutrition levels. The data of College Students' Nutrition and Health Survey was used for this analysis, which is based on the principles of nutrition and statistics. The data of the survey were acquired by random sampling. It was reported 97.07% of the students had at least one bad eating habit, among which, 44.87% of the students ignored their eating balance, 37.05% of students seldom had vegetable and fruits, 18.48% of students often had fried food, 17.4% of students had no preference for the minor cereals. It was shown by further investigation that rice and flour were the main food for students, while the minor cereals were missing in their diet, which led to the monotonous diet of the students. The eating behaviors and eating habits of college students in Xinjiang are irrational and needs instruction.
