Biological All-round Quality Development:Historical Surpassing in Teacher Professionalization

摘要 教师专业化发展显著地拓展与深化了教师乃至整个教育理论与实践,改善和提升了教师角色的专业形象、实力与绩效。但是,随着当代社会生态化发展的客观要求与非生态化嬗变的随意妄为之间的错位、裂痕和矛盾的不断加剧,教师专业化发展也正在日益陷入无机化、虚妄化和有害化的非生态化困境,导致教师社会成员在现实社会生态系统中的显著缺场空位、虚场越位和搅场扰位及其自身生态生境的窘迫恶化。现代社会的全球生态化趋势和教师的生态人全质性都日益提醒和要求我们,教师发展必须摆脱和超越非生态性衍生专业化发展困境,走通业性与专业性有机统一的生态化全质发展的道路。 Teacher professional development has greatly expanded and deepened teachers' educational theory and practice,and improved and updated their professional image and achievements.But as the contradiction and tension increases between the demand of the biological development in modern society and presumptuous action led from non-biological changes,teachers' professional development has trapped into non-biological dilemma,which has led teachers to a serious biological and environmental awkwardness.The current global biological trend and teachers as biological beings constantly warn us that teachers' professional development has to get rid of and surpass non-biological professional development and aims at the integration of all-round education and professional development.
