The Development of Automatic Measurement and Control System in Engine Test-bed

摘要 应用CAN总线技术开发的发动机台架自动测控系统,简化了系统结构,有效提高了测试水平和效率。系统主要由控制节点、数据采集节点和PC节点组成。数据采集节点采集系统的控制参数,并将采集到的参数分别传送到PC节点用于显示测试进程,传送到控制节点用于控制。实际运行显示系统工作稳定、控制实时性好、数据传输可靠。 Automatic measurement and control system of engine test-bed has been developed based on CAN BUS . The system structure has been decreased, the productivity has been increased, and the testing level has been improved greatly. The system is mainly composed of data collection node, control node and PC node. The data collection nod is responsible for sampling the control parameters. The data are sent to PC node for display and to the control node for control. The running results show that the system is reliable in data transfer and accuracy control.
