Preparation of UV-curable Primer for Teak Substrate

以不同的配比及各类型的树脂为预聚物,通过它们与单体和引发剂的配合,并加入磷酸酯附着力促进剂,配制成不同的底漆,研究了促进剂的用量、固化条件及树脂类等因素对涂膜在柚木基材上附着力的影响,最终得到了比较理想的柚木基材配方。

With prepolymers of different compositions and kinds,together with monomers and initiator,and phosphate adhesion promoter,we have prepared different primers.This paper investigates the influence of adhesion promoter amount,curing conditions and resin on the adhesion of the primer in teak substrate,and finally giving ideal compositions of the primer for teak substrate.
