目前,高校教师知识管理存在共享交流障碍、显性知识管理不善和隐性知识整合不易等问题。改进高校教师知识管理,应建立高校领导和教授的诚信榜样,完善高校教师诚信监督体系,加强高校教师团队建设和跨专业共建高校教师知识交流平台。

At present,some problems tor college teachers in kn- owledge management exist：knowledge communication occur obs- tacle,obvious knowledge management is bad,unobvious knowle- dge management is difficult. Improve knowledge management,we must set up college guidance and professor＇s honest example, consummate college teacher＇s honest intendance system,streng- then college teacher＇s group construction,build college teacher＇s knowledge communication organization.
