A Study on the Efficiency of Student Party Organization of University in the New Situation

党支部组织生活是党员发挥主体作用的保证,是党员履行党章规定的权利、义务的重要体现,是保持党组织先进性、充分发挥党员先锋模范作用的内在要求。本文分析了当前本科院校学生党支部组织生活存在的较多问题,结合当前本科院校的应用型人才培养要求,对如何增强学生党支部组织生活实效性以促进学生成长成才进行了深入的研究。

The work of party organization is the guarantee for party members to act their main functions. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the party work of universities and further studies on how to enhance the efficiency of student party work combined with the requirements of college talent cultivation.
