摘要
特色专业师资队伍建设规划对于支撑和实施高校"十二五"发展战略具有重要意义。本文通过对行业特色专业高层次人才引进与培养的客观分析,密切结合工作实际,提出高校特色专业人才引进与培养工作模式。
It is of great importance to make a plan for the construction of specialized professional teacher group in the implementation of the college＇s 12th five-year plan.Based on the analysis of the introduction and cultivation of specialized professional talents,this paper proposes the model for the introduction and cultivation of specialized professional talents in practical work.
