摘要
本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法对湖北荆州实验中学的初中学生进行调查,发现初中学生正值生理、心理发育成熟的关键时期,主要表现在情绪不稳定,学习压力、焦虑等症状,找出家长、学校、朋友等干预缓解心理健康状况,有较显著功效,为中学生健康发展提供有利参考依据。
This paper uses the method of literature,questionnaire survey and expert interview to survey the students of Jingzhou Experimental Middle School, finding that students are in their key ripening period,showing instability in the mood,learning stress, anxiety and other symptoms.Then this paper proposes that the it is an effective way of the intervention of parents, the school and friends, hoping to provide some advantageous refe- rences for middle school students' healthy development.
