Old-age insurance system for migrant workers is an important measure to promote the rapid industrialization of our society, the urbanization process in the balanced development of urban and rural areas, but because there is a shortage of fu- nds in the concrete operational level of this system, it cannot come into effect.To innovative social security publicity,promote the social security legislation and improve the existing pension system is the inevitable choice to crack these difficulties.
