转型时期的社会心态矛盾和冲突加剧,培育健康社会心态的任务艰巨而紧迫。加强社区管理有利于丰富社会心理的调控方法,建立社会心态的反馈机制,维护社会心态的控制系统。要积极推动社区管理体制机制创新,建立和完善利益约束和引导机制、精神预警和疏导机制、矛盾排查和调处机制、权益维护和保障机制,从而有效引导和调节社会心态。

During current society transforming,the self-contrad- ictions and conflicts in the social mentality have been expanding, the needs to develop positive social mentality are urgent. Enhancing the community management may increase the ways of adjusting the social mentality,establish the feedback mechanism of the social mentality,and maintain the control system of the social mentality.The community managing system must be inn- ovated,the mechanism of the personal interests to be restricted and protected need be built and enriched,and other mechanisms also ought to be done that include mental problems forewarning and intervening, contradictions investigating and solving, rights and interests maintaining and guaranteeing, accordingly social mentality may be effectively directed and adjusted.
