摘要
随着大学生就业压力不断增大,如何提高大学生创业意向已经成为人们关注的焦点,本文通过对大学生个人特质的研究提出了影响大学生创业意向的个人特质层面的五个研究假设,构建了大学生影响创业意向的假设模型,采用结构方程模型方法对样本数据进行了定量研究。研究结果显示了追求卓越、利益追逐、追求变化、自主性对创业意向具有正面的促进作用,而成就动机的追求对创业意向则没有太大的影响。
With increasing pressure on employment of univ- ersity graduates, how university students improve business intent has become the focus of attention.Through five hypothesis, this paper construct a supposed model for college students＇ entrepreneurial intention.The results showed that the pursuit of excellence,pursuit of interests, the pursuit of change and autonomy of the business has a positive role in promoting the intention,and achievement motivation in the pursuit of en- trepreneurial intention is not significantly affected.
