抗140℃高温预交联凝胶的制备与性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前预交联凝胶抗温性能差的问题,本文研制了一种抗高温预交联聚合物凝胶,通过室内实验测定了该产品的吸水膨胀性能、抗温性能以及强度和韧性。实验结果表明,制备的预交联凝胶在140℃的淡水中吸水膨胀倍数为12.30倍,高温吸水膨胀后结构完整,具有橡胶的高弹性、韧性和强度;在海水中高温饱和吸水后其膨胀倍数为7.02倍,吸水膨胀后具有极高的强度、韧性和弹性;从理论上阐述了其具备抗高温能力的机理。 Aiming at the poor resistance to high temperature of current pre-crosslinked gel,an anti-high temperature pre-crosslinked polymer gel YNJ-3 was prepared in this paper and the relative performances in swelling,heat resistance,strength and toughness were evaluated.Experimental results showed that the YNJ-3 had appropriate swelling ability,better anti-extruding strength and better deformability and elasticity.The YNJ-3 swelled to 12.3 times and 7.02 times of the original volume,after being soaked in fresh water in the closed situation of 140℃ and in sea water,respectively,and the swelled gel had comparatively higher strength and toughness.In addition,the mechanism of the heat resistance of YNJ-3 was explained.
