摘要 对我国钢铁工业“十一五”进行了基本的概括总结,结合“十二五”发展规划的编制对“十二五”期间我国钢铁工业面临的主要问题、发展环境、市场消费预测、主要目标、重点领域和任务进行了全面阐述,分析了“规划”对科技发展的新要求。 A basic summary have been given for China iron and steel industry "Eleventh Five-Year". Combined with china iron and steel industry "Twelfth Five-Year" development planning, some questions about facing major problems, development environment, market consumption prediction, target, key domain and task during the "Twelfth Five- Year Plan" are expounded, meanwhile some new requirements of the" planning" for the development of science and technology have been analyzed.
