用L-TOP模型提高连续退火和热镀锌生产率

摘要 传统的连续热处理过程控制模型对带钢转换过程处理欠佳,连退线和连续热镀锌线热处理炉的操作者经常手工操作,不能更好地保障生产效率和产品质量。介绍了一种先进的控制模型(L-TOP模型),对热辊型预测和带钢转换时的工艺变化做出很好的处理。该模型在某些生产线的实际应用表明,它有效提高了控制精度和生产效率。 Traditional continuous heat treatment process control model is not good at strip transition and furnace operators usually control production manually in Continuous Annealing Line or Continuous Hot Dip Galvanizing Line, so productivity and product quality can not be guaranteed by models. Here an advanced control model (L-TOP model) is introduced, which is good at predicting hot roll profile and technological change in strip transition. Application of this model in some product lines indicates that control accuracy and productivity is effectively improved by using this model.
