冷轧板带钢的性能及其控制机理研究

AN INVESTIGATION OF THE PROPERTIES AND CONTROL MECHANISM FOR STRION COLD ROLLING

冷轧板带钢是以热轧板带钢为原料，在再结晶温度以下轧制而成的板带产品，其特点是产品尺寸精度高、表面质量好、组织性能稳定。就冷轧板带钢的热处理工艺及其性能控制等轧制生产工艺理论进行了具体的研究和探讨，这对于将要新建或改造的冷连轧生产线均具有实际指导意义。

The cold-rolling strip have been produced by hot rolling stripe under the recrystallization temperature with distingusishing features,such as accurate thickness, smooth surface,stable property,ect.The heat treatment processing and performance control of rolling process have been studied in this paper. The results are useful for new- built or modification of cold strip rolling line.
