上海石化乙烯运行方式的剖析

摘要 上海石化乙烯正常生产时通过负荷调整基本可以达到供需平衡,但由于承担着为上海金菲石油化工有限公司和上海氯碱化工股份有限公司转供乙烯的任务,乙烯总体上存在一定的缺口,则由上海赛科石油化工有限责任公司采用7.1 MPa超临界输送方式提供。介绍了赛科超临界输送方式更改为乙烯气相输送,输送量下降,原有供需平衡被打破后,上海石化乙烯运行方式的变化情况及采取的应对措施。 Currently ethylene of Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited (SPC) can realize material balance through load adjustment under circumstance of normal production. However, as the company undertakes the task of transferring supplying ethylene for shanghai Golden Philips Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. and Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co. , Ltd. , ethylene supply is insufficient to certain extent. At present, the gap is supplied by Shanghai Secco Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. with 7.1 MPa supercritical conveying mode. After the supercritical conveying mode was replaced by ethylene gas phase convey, the conveying capacity decreased, and the original balance between supply and demand was broken. The changing situation of SPC' s ethylene operation mode and the countermeasures adopted were introduced.
