摘要
通过对吹塑薄膜厚度产生偏差的原因进行分析,介绍了一种控制薄膜厚度周向偏差的先进技术——自动风环技术,阐述了自动风环技术的基本原理和控制理论,并着重探讨了自动风环控制系统在实际生产中的应用成效。
Based on analysis of the cause of deviation of blow molding film thickness, automatic air ring technology, an advanced technology used for controlling circumferential bias of film thickness was introduced, as well as its basic principle and control theory, and the application results of automatic air ring control system in practical production was discussed emphatically.
