模型预测控制在反应再生工艺控制中的应用

摘要 介绍了先进控制系统模型预测控制中的动态矩阵控制算法(DMC),包括预测模型、滚动优化、反馈校正等内容。并以炼油厂催化裂化装置的反应—再生工艺为例,分析了工艺控制中多变量、多耦合特性及其控制难点,采用动态矩阵控制算法对反应—再生工艺的再生器温度进行优化控制,实现了工艺控制的目标。 The dynami c matrix control (DMC) algorithm in model prediction control of advanced control system was introduced, including prediction model, was conducted on algorithm, so as to rolling optimization, feedback compensation, and so on. Taking the temperature of regenerator in reaction - regeneration process with dynamic matrix control achieve the goal of process control.
