教师收受“红包”应当入罪处罚

On Penalization of Accepting "Red Envelops" by Teachers

近年来,学校教师收受学生"红包"的现象越来越普遍,其所产生的危害也越来越明显和严重,社会民众,尤其是学生家长对之十分反感但又感到异常的无奈。教师收受"红包"行为是否应当入罪,尽管我国现行法律(刑法)并未做出规定,但并不表明不应当和不会做出反应。

In recent years,it is a common phenomenon that teachers receive ＂red envelops＂ from students,which causes great harm to society.People,the parents in particular,feel resentful but are extremely helpless.Though China＇s current law（criminal law） has not penalized such practices,it doesn＇t mean that the law should not or will not make any response.
