论我国警察权控制模式的完善

On Perfection of Control over Police Power

从对"警察"词源的发展的研究来看,对警察权的法律控制存在很大的困难。借鉴国外警察权控制的经验,我国应从立法、警察负责制、警察职能、警察权行使救济机制以及警察培训内容这五个方面完善警察权控制体系。

Based on the analysis of the etymological development of the word ＂police＂ and the introduction to police power control systems in foreign countries,the researcher presents suggestions on how to improve the police power control system in China.To change the legislation,to improve the police accountability,to make clear the police roles,to perfect the remedy system and to reform the police training are five key measures to approach the goal of controlling the police power by ＇rule of law＇.
