基于马尔柯夫链的高校教师绩效评价研究

A Study on College Teacher Evaluation Based on Markov Chains

在高校教师考核工作的实践中,由于高等教育的学术性强的突出特点,高校教师的工作评价体系的科学化一直是个有待深入研究的问题。本文基于马尔柯夫链原理,构建高校教师绩效评价模型,并通过算例进行演算。本文认为马尔柯夫链方法能从动态发展的角度较为简便、科学、客观地评价高校教师绩效考核情况。

In the practice of teacher evaluation in colleges, due to the outstanding characteristic of strong academic in higher education,the problem of the scientific evaluation system of teacher in colleges is a further studying problem. The paper is based on Markov chains theory,builds up to a model of teacher evaluation in colleges and calculus though an example.And the paper suggests that teacher evaluation in colleges be evaluated briefly, scientifically and objectively by the Markov chains theory which is from dynamic development.
