摘要
随着高等院校的不断扩招,以育人为本的学生工作面临着人手不足、工作无法精细等难题。本科生班导师制的实施,增强了学生工作队伍的力量,有效推进高校的育人工作。本文分析了班导师制的重要性、实施办法以及成效,并提出了改进方法。
With the steady expansion of universities,our students work is facing a shortage of staffs and other diffficulties.The practice of Class Instructor System enhances the force of students work,and advances university education. This paper talks about the importance,implementation measures and the effect of Class Instructor System. It also puts forward the improvement of the System.
