在农村初中开设烹饪技术课是一种新的尝试。本文就烹饪教学的实践意义论述了开设烹饪技术课的想法、学生常见的不良饮食习惯及好习惯的养成、烹饪技术课面临的困难和对今后烹饪实践教学的美好憧憬。
To set up cooking skill course in rural middle school is a new attempt.This paper elaborates on the thinking of setting up cooking skill course, common bad diet habits and good habits and their developing, the obstacles of setting up cooking skill course and the prospect of the future cooking skill course.
