浅谈中医“治未病”思想与大学生亚健康干预的结合

The Combination of Preventive Treatment of Disease and Sub-Health Intervention towards University Students

本文运用文献资料法对困扰我国大学生亚健康状态的成因进行研究。发现我国传统中医学中的"治未病"思想对构建预防型大学生心理健康教育模式具有十分积极的借鉴意义。并在此基础上研究认为,大学生的亚健康状态可以通过心理健康教育,提升大学生对自身的自察力和处理问题的行动力等途径来改变。

With the methods of literature and data research methods, this paper researches the problem in China＇s university students to study the causes of sub-health state. It is helpful to use preventive treatment of disease to construct college students＇ psychological health education mode.On this basis,studies sug- gest that college students can be improved by sub-health state of mental health education, strengthening of cognitive activity and enhancing problem ability means to change.
