排球技术中的垫球技术是排球运动中组织进攻的开始,是各种进攻战术的基础,正面双手垫球是接发球的最基本动作。掌握了垫球技术就能进行简单的排球比赛,并能体验排球的乐趣。对于初学排球的学生来说,在学习排球垫球技术时难免会出现一些普遍易犯的错误,体育教师在教学中应运用恰当的教学方法使学生掌握正确的垫球技术,让学生充分体验排球运动的乐趣。

The dig skill in volleyball skills is the base of various skills and head-on two-hand skill is the basic movement. The grasping of dig skill makes simple competition start and help athletes experience the happiness.For a green hand,many mistakes might happen,so the teacher should utilize proper teaching methods to help them fully experience the happiness of volleyball game.
