摘要
总结高校存在消防意识和知识技能缺乏、制度不落实、隐患存侥幸等12方面的问题,提出分层次、分区域、分行业落实责任制,力争"一岗一规程"、"一栋一预案"等7项应对措施。
In this paper the author summarizes the 12 questions that exist in awareness and skills or knowledge of fire safety, also give 7 suggestions of measures to solve the issues.For example, to set up the responsibility system for fire safety, to make one post with one order and one build with one case, to make dynamic account.
