缺氧缺血新生鼠脑损伤后NGF对Nogo-A蛋白表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究外源性神经生长因子(NGF)对新生鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)后Nogo-A表达的影响。方法 72只7d龄SD大鼠随机分为NGF治疗组、对照组和假手术组,应用免疫组化的方法观察NGF对脑组织Nogo-A表达的影响。结果脑组织Nogo-A的表达在对照组和NGF治疗3 d开始增高,21 d达到最高峰,对照组增高幅度最大,其矫正吸光度值与假手术组和NGF治疗组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 NGF对HIBD具有神经修复作用,可能是通过减少Nogo-A的表达而实现的。 Objective: To study the effects of exogenous nerve growth factor (NGF) on expression of Nogo -A in the neonatal rat brain tissue after hypoxia ischemic brain damage (HIBD). Methods : 72 neonatal SD rats were divided randomly into NGF group, controlled group and sham - operated group, Immunohistochemistry method was used to measure the expressions of Nogo - A after in the neonatal rat brain tissue after hypoxia ischemic brain damage. Results : The expression of Nogo - A in the neonatal rat brain tissue in NGF group and controlled group increased at 3 d after hypoxia ischemic brain damage and reached the highest level at 21 d; the corrected optical density (COD) value of controlled group was significantly higher than that of the sham - operation group and NGF group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The neuro - protective effect of NGF on the newborn rats with HIBD is related to the reduced expression of Nogo - A.
