胚胎移植后发现胚胎遗漏补插管移植27例分析

摘要 胚胎移植是体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）过程中的关键步骤。临床上约80%的IVF患者可达到ET阶段,但是妊娠率却远远小于80%,改进移植过程,确保移植的有效性是提高妊娠率的重要途径之一[1]。为确保移植的有效性,我中心常规在移植手术后将移植管的内外管均用培养液涮洗,在显微镜下观察有无胚胎遗漏,并对遗漏的胚胎进行补插管移植,获得了较好的妊娠率,现报告如下。
