固相微萃取结合GC-MS测定乳品包装材料中的挥发性残留有机溶剂 被引量:4

摘要 目的:建立一种快速、简便测定乳品包装材料中的多种挥发性残留有机溶剂的气相色谱质谱检测方法。方法:以聚二甲基硅氧烷作为固相微萃取的萃取相材料,对包装材料中的挥发性残留有机溶剂进行萃取后,直接进行气相色谱质谱分析。结果:在所测的26个样品中共检出24种挥发性残留有机溶剂,其中主要有二氯苯、二甲苯、萘及邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯等污染物。结论:该方法适于包装材料中的挥发性残留有机溶剂的快速定性分析。 Objective:To establish a rapid and simple method for the determination of volatile residual organic solvents(VROs)in milk-products packaging materials by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry.Methods: PDMS fiber was chosen as the coating of the SPME to extract and enrich the VROs and then the fiber was desorbed and analyzed by GC/MS.Results: 24 species of VROs were detected in 26 samples,including dichlorobenzene,dimethyl benzene,naphthalene and diisobutyl phthalate(DIBP) etc.Conclusion: This method can be used for qualitative analysis of volatile residual organic solvents in packaging materials quickly.
